Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your InterGift order for any reason, just call us on 01733 842402  or notify us by email at before 3:00pm on the day of ordering. Please quote your order reference number together with your name and contact details.

If your InterGift order has already been despatched you may still cancel an unwanted order as long as you give us notice of cancellation in writing (letter, fax or email) within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately, this does not apply to products which have been personalised or perishable goods such as flowers and food.

For cancelled orders, we’ll issue a full refund including our delivery charge. We will make this refund within 30 days of your notice of cancellation and we will only make it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

It is important that you have taken reasonable care of the unwanted order and its contents and then return it in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage of your unwanted order so we recommend using registered post to be sure it gets back to us.

Return of Incorrect or Faulty Products

We very much hope you will never have cause to read this section of our Terms & Conditions. In the unfortunate event that the contents of your order are in any way faulty, incorrect or damaged please returns it to us within 7 days of receipt.

We will naturally then refund the cost of your return postage as well as the price of the order and our delivery charge. We recommend using registered post to be sure it gets back to us. The return address is:
